I have never fully understood why people would post an image on deviantart and just have the following text "..." as the item description.

If someone is keen on showing their work the world it is at this point that the deviant should then take the opportunity to share the story of their image so the viewer can have a larger understanding of what went on in the image scene. When someone takes a photograph of something at such an unusual angle in such a beautiful way its always nice to have an idea on what this item is so other newere deviants can learn of new and different ways experiment with things.

Why waste the opportunity to share your art with "..." when you could say so much more?
